If you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following exchange and store credit options to ensure a seamless experience.

🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchange Request:
You can request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To initiate the exchange process:

1. Upload a video showing the condition of the product.

2. Email the video along with your exchange request to: hello.khemiajewels@gmail.com

Verification & Approval:
Once we receive your exchange request and video, our team will carefully assess the condition of the item. If your exchange is approved, you will be notified via email.

After approval:
We will arrange for pickup from your doorstep within 5–6 business days, or you can choose to ship the product back to us.

Exchange Options:
Once approved, you may choose one of the following options:

Exchange the product for a new item or the same item (subject to availability).

Receive store credit in the form of a coupon code for the full purchase amount, valid for 6 months from the issue date.

Exchange Restrictions:
Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Products showing physical damage or wear and tear will not be accepted.

Items requested for exchange after 24 hours of delivery are not eligible.

💸 Return & Refund Policy

Refunds:
Khemia Jewels does not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide exchanges or store credit via a coupon code for any returned items.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Once your exchange is approved:

We will arrange a pickup from your doorstep within 5–6 business days.

Alternatively, you can choose to ship the item back at your own cost.

Shipping Recommendations:
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
